I have been practicing Pilates with Fran for 2 and a half years. When I started I had a weak back and poor posture. Fran’s classes have increased my fitness, core strength, flexibility and coordination. Not only has it re shaped my posture but the overall look of my body creating a longer leaner physique. Your success is dependent on whether you are challenged to your proper abilities, which Fran is an expert at!
