I am 51yrs of age and have been doing Pilates Reformer with Fran for the past 3 years twice a week. Im an addict! The amazing core strength you get  and the feeling you get after the class is great. You walk out of Fran’s class feeling strong and that you have worked your muscles from the inside out. LOVE IT!!!

Due to the current COVID 19 situation, Pwerfit Pilates is excited to offer our live online classes that will help you become not only physically strong but also help your mental wellbeing to cope with these changes.

For either a class or a private session, you can join live at a scheduled time with Zoom. By doing this through Zoom, we can offer you recorded classes to keep for yourself—and the best part is, they don’t expire. Plus, if you can’t make the class time for any reason, you can still register and then access the session recording on your own time. And ta-da! Now you have an instructor-led Pilates home workout that you can do in between studio visits.

This is a great class to give you the foundation of all Pilates work, a fluid series of floor work exercises designed to increase core strength and flexibility while improving posture and incorporating breathing and concentration techniques with the use of our Pilates circles, fit balls, foam rollers, the bands and hand weights.

Barre Attack Classes

Barre Attack is a dynamic fusion of Ballet, Pilates, and Fitness providing an all-over body workout with special attention for the legs, butt, thighs, and arms. Barre Attack will help improve your posture and balance, it will improve your fitness and flexibility and most importantly it will tone your tummy, butt, and legs. You do not require any Ballet or Pilates experience, just a fun attitude and a willingness to work hard.
